Classical Reiki Pennsylvania is offering up to 31 continuing education units for nurses enrolled in Jikiden Reiki Shoden and Okuden courses. The next Okuden class begins August 6 and 7.

Jikiden Reiki focuses on detoxification of the body. All courses are taught by Dr. Paula Michal-Johnson, a certified teacher of the Jikiden Reiki Institute, in Kyoto, Japan. These courses hearken back to the beginnings of reiki as taught by the founder, Usui, and his student, Hayashi. They are without Western influence and were not taught outside Japan until 2000.
