Healthy Holiday Appetizers

The holidays can be a time when we overindulge and regret it. Tammy Westney offers a demonstration with take home recipes for creating easy and healthy dips, and homemade crackers at the Easton Public Market on Friday, December 9 at 1 p.m. These healthy recipes will leave little room for regret. This demonstration includes recipes and samples. Class is limited to 10 and cost is $5.

Easton Public Market (EPM) is a project of the Greater Easton Development Partnership. The EPM is a community-supported market offering the personal service and superior quality of an old-world grocery store, combined with a hip, modern dining experience. Featuring fourteen artisanal food vendors, a farmstand, and demonstration kitchen, the EPM serves as a vibrant gathering space for shopping, dining and learning and is a great place to treat out-of-towners. Along with the Easton Farmers’ Market, the two markets comprise the Easton Market District, the epicenter of Easton’s local food culture.

Location: 325 Northampton St, Easton. Hours: Wednesday through Saturday 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.; Sunday 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. See ad this page.
