Twin Ponds Practitioners Reveal Secrets of Healthy Sleep

Sleep is vital to our health and wellbeing; yet, a good night of sleep eludes many of us. On February 17, there will be diversified healthy sleep program and demonstration at Twin Ponds Integrative Health Center in Breinigsville from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

Tom Wachtmann DC will present What's Keeping You Awake at Night? regarding what's preventing healthy sleep and what we can do about it at 6:30 p.m. Carol Siddiqi presents Feldenkrais Movements Help Sleep at 6:30 p.m. Gale Maleskey hosts Use Food to Help You Sleep Better at 7:30 p.m., where you can learn from a registered dietitian what to eat and what not to eat for a more peaceful sleep. An Introduction to Restful Sleep with Effortless Meditation by Greg Schweitzer is held at 7:30 p.m. Healthy Snacks for Sound Sleep prepared by Certified Health Coach Christina Moyes will be available during the entire evening.

Also included are Ancient Healing Bodywork Modalities ongoing from 5:30 p.m. through 8:30 p.m., Walking and Sleep to Revitalize at 5:30 p.m., Tai Chi/ Qigong for Improved Sleep at 5:30 p.m., and Acupressure and Meridian Meditation for Deep Sleep at 7:45 p.m.
