Soulful Journeys, in Nazareth, will pamper Valentines couples in their Couples Massage Room with a choice of massage styles, including Swedish and deep tissue. Their special Valentines Couples package includes a 60 minute massage and 30 minute fireside champagne with light fare for $160 on February 11 and 12. Private couples yoga can also be added at $35 for 30 minutes.

The center will also offer a New Moon Kundalini Yoga workshop from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m, Sunday, February 26, to clear space for transformation. The workshop incorporates mantra, breath work, postures and meditation, and is for all levels.

“Kundalini yoga is the yoga of awareness,” states instructor Amanda Melhem. “It is a methodology that helps you balance and align your chakras so that you can live a more harmonious life. It is for people who live in the world, have jobs, families and stress, and helps clear space internally and externally to allow new energy to come in and transformation to emerge.”
