Positive Psychology and Wellbeing Workshop

Gaitanos, MEd, will be offering a Positive Psychology & Well-Being workshop at 1 p.m., on Saturday, June 17, to discuss the elements of a positive psychology approach based on the work of leading psychologists, including well-being measurements of positive emotions, engagement, relationships, meaning and achievement.
“Positive Psychology utilizes more of what you already have to make your life more fulfilling”, states Gaitanos. “Maybe you have been considering making some changes professionally, maybe you would like to de-clutter or become more organized, maybe you want to start taking better care of your health or making more time for family and friends. This seminar is based on the understanding that everyone already has everything that they need to have a better life. You can learn how to prompt more positive emotions into your daily experience by utilizing your top strengths and create a personalized plan to make changes toward better well-being, increase resilience to stress, and ultimately feel more fulfilled at the end of each day.”
