Tender Empowerment is conducting a new workshop designed to help discover “the best you”, at 6:30 p.m., June 21, at the Mary Meuser Library Annex, in Northhampton. The workshop will include a guided self-discovery meditation, a lesson on how to write empowering affirmations, creating a vision board to materialize dreams and desires and more. Participants may bring special pictures or printouts for their vision board. These techniques have been shown to help add clarity, increase the level of goal awareness and help you reach our goals.

Tender Empowerment is located in Williams Township, and owner Becka Bossons is a certified hypnocoach. Using hypnosis and life coaching techniques, she helps people reach their goals.
