Participants will learn the value of paying attention on purpose with a Mindful Meditation Hike to discover the natural beauty of nearby 5,700-acre Lake Wallenpaupack. Perfect balance, coordination, mental focus and upper body strength at the archery range or open the spine and develop strong core muscles on the Great Wall of Yoga. Surrender and nurture mind and body with a gentle restorative yoga class or make fire using only primitive methods. Guests will enjoy healthy and traditional choices for Thanksgiving dinner.
