Holistic counselor Rev. Lyn S. Felix, of Creative Holistic Therapy, is starting a new nurturing and empowering group that meets from 7 to 9 p.m., October 18 and 25 and November 1. It a place where individuals are accepted, supported and can grow to be their best. Participants will learn effective strategies that can help shift from feeling overwhelmed or stuck to capable and confident.

Felix is a holistic counselor and coach, using hypnotherapy, chakra energy clearing, reiki, mindfulness and more to help shift from limited, fear-based thinking, believing, and behaving patterns into living from your magnificent essence.
