The Center for Counseling and Wellness, a new integrative health and healing center, is now open at 1250 Greenwood Drive, in Bethlehem. The Center, led by clinical director Dr. Laurane McGlynn, a licensed psychologist, is home to practitioners devoted to the emotional, psychological, physical and spiritual well-being of individuals. Services include integrative psychotherapy, mindfulness/meditation, yoga, breathwork, massage and bodywork, movement therapies, naturopathic medicine and stress management.

 “Mind/Body medicine is the essence of healing and consists of evaluating and restoring the natural wisdom of the body and uncovering the origins of disease within the conscious and unconscious mind as well as reducing stress,” says McGlynn.
