Medical Reflexology Q&A Available Weekly

Lorraina J. Telepo, MRP, offers a weekly complimentary Question and Answer clinic each Monday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. for anyone interested in how Medical Reflexology can help with many health concerns. Medical reflexology is an integrative health science through which an exercise pressure is applied to reflex areas in the feet, encouraging improved instruction to each gland, organ and part of the body, persuading the body to biologically correct, strengthen and reinforce itself to reach balance and normalization.

The goals of reflexology are to reeducate, re-pattern and re-condition the nerves through the neural/electrical system of the body. The sole purpose of the nerves is to instruct the body (to tell the body what to do); when the nerves improve, the instruction improves, and the body must improve, thus an overall health enhancement therapy program is attained through medical reflexology.

This will cause reactions: to relax a particular area of the body through this highly specialized specific relaxation technique; to improve nerve, blood supply and lymphatic flow; and to persuade the body to biologically correct itself.
