More Space Means More Classes at Inner Strength Fitness Studio
Inner Strength Fitness Studio is expanding their fitness space and adding an additional room for yoga classes, private yoga training and Pilates. Classes include hatha yoga, a vinyasa flow sequence of stretching toning and strengthening on Wednesdays at 8 a.m. and Tuesdays at 5:15 p.m.; a 7:15 p.m. Thursday Relax and Restore class with propsupported poses designed to further release muscles and a Saturday 10:15 a.m. hatha yoga flow for beginners and athletes. Restorative yoga is offered from 3 to 5 p.m. the second Sunday of the month. The first yoga or Pilates group class always free.
In addition to Mind-Body fitness, the studio specializes in life-changing fitness and overall wellness coaching. Wendy Strohl, a certified IBNFC nutrition coach and NASM personal trainer, teaches clients how to eat real foods, lose weight and gain lean muscle. They use food, weigh-ins each week and nutritional support.
