Hatha Flow Yoga Class
Hatha Yoga Flow is for everyone and every level of yoga experience. The intention is always on bringing breath awareness to movement. Classes begin with pranayama and warm ups followed by Sun Salutations (Surya Namaskara). The second half of class is comprised of a series of seated, supine, standing and balance poses. Class concludes with a restful final Savasana. We stress to each student the freedom of letting go of comparisons and judgment and making each trip to the mat a time to do what’s best for you, your body and your mind.
