In Level I, you will learn the history of Reiki, the benefits of Reiki, the hand positions for self-Reiki and to give to others, plus we include essential oils to enhance Reiki. We'll also share about energy management and have guided meditation to connect to your Reiki Guides. You will receive two attunements, a handbook and a certificate for this level.
