ChildLight Yoga is offering teacher training at The Yoga Loft of Bethlehem on December 4, 5 and 6, taught by Sally Delisle, for yoga teachers and yoga students that wish to share the practice with kids ages 2 to 12. A passion for yoga and a love for children is at the core of this training. ChildLight Kids' Yoga Teacher Training is a fun, interactive and educational experience.

This basic, yet thorough, kids' yoga teacher training program is designed to provide yogis with the tools and knowledge needed to share the gifts of yoga with young people.

ChildLight Yoga provides evidence-based yoga education to children in schools and communities, and to professionals whose work supports the well-being of children. The Yoga Loft is a studio offering yoga, tai chi, and mat Pilates on the Southside of Bethlehem.
