Pocono Soap, in Stroudsburg, will hold a Mommy and Me gift-making workshop from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., December 10. Kids two years and older can make bars of colorful confetti soap for gifts that are great handmade gifts to give grandparents, teachers or friends. All materials are kid-safe and included. For people that cannot make this event, private classes may be scheduled for parties of four or more.

“Our many types of soaps are made the old-fashioned way, using natural ingredients such as Shea butter, coconut oil and sweet almond oil,” says owner Lisa Diemer. “In this workshop, kids get to spend quality time with parents, express their creativity and take pride when learning about gift giving.”
