Divine Sleep Yoga Nidra Teacher Training in Bethlehem

One of the greatest challenges we face today is how to manage the stress and anxiety of modern life. It has become difficult for us to sleep and insomnia is rampant. One solution to these problems is yoga nidra, one of the most accessible and nurturing form of yoga.

Divine Sleep Yoga Nidra is the antidote for modern life. In this meditation practice, there is nothing required but to lie down and listen while relaxing, healing and transforming within every level of being. Divine Sleep is good for everyone, including those who have a desire for greater inner peace, improved health and better sleep.

Jennifer Reis, registered yoga teacher and licensed massage therapist, will be leading her Divine Sleep Yoga Nidra Teacher Training from April 24 to 29 at Kula Heart Yoga & Wellness, in Bethlehem. This class is open to anyone and attendees are not required to be a yoga teacher to take this training. The course is designed for yoga teachers, therapists, counselors, health professionals, parents and anyone interested in guiding others to relax and heal. A faculty member for the Kripalu School of Yoga and School of Integrative Yoga Therapy, Reis is the creator of Five Element Yoga and Divine Sleep Yoga Nidra.
