Balancing the Gut’s Microbiome Workshop
The microbiome of the gut is the home of the immune system, so gut health is extremely important. The microbiome can be affected by stress, food sensitivities, toxins, improper diet and imbalanced hormones such as adrenaline and cortisol. On Thursday, July 18, from 7 to 9 P.M., learn five energy medicine exercises used to balance and strengthen the energies associated with the microbiome.
The workshop, taught by Karen E. Adamo, energy medicine advanced practitioner, will show participants how to self-test foods and supplements to avoid those that are incompatible with their unique systems. The workshop costs $20 if registered by July 11, and $25 thereafter. Space is limited.Edit ModuleShow Tags
