NEPA Yoga Festival is One of the Healthiest Outdoor Events in the Area

The NEPA Yoga festival, on June 9 at Montage Mountain, was created to connect yogis, studios, friends, healers and other professionals that understand the benefits of unity. Come and reignite with your passion for yoga, connect with new teachers, collaborate with healers, or just come and tune out.

The festival is focused on yoga in addition to promoting an overall healthy lifestyle. It benefits everyone in our community with an array of yoga instruction for every age and level, from beginner to advanced. Classes include Vinyasa, Kundalini, Restorative, Chakra Flow, Acro Yoga, Yin and more.

Teachers from throughout the NEPA region will hold classes on the grounds of the Montage Mountain Water Park, which will remain open exclusively for festival goers. NEPA Yoga Fest is family friendly, so along with the many different classes there will be live music, lectures, meditations and children’s activities such as face painting and henna tattoos. Unique local vendors and artists will be providing a wide selection of goods as well as multiple healthy food options available for purchase.

Yoga -instructor Maria Lettieri-Wheatley says, “The NEPA Yoga Festivals have all been such remarkable events for the yoga community and our area in general. What could possibly be better than spending a day in a beautiful location surrounded by yogis, artists, musicians, healers and hundreds of people with happy smiling faces? Whatever your level of yoga practice. or even if you don’t have one, this day always promises to be a fabulous time.”

Admission is discounted in advance and $69 on the day of the event; $50 for students and veterans. Natural Awakenings readers receive a 15% discount at Https://nepayogafest5.eventbrite.com?discount=naturalawakening
