There are a lot of personal trainers. Heck, there are a lot of nutrition coaches. What makes me different? I don’t only talk the talk, but I walk the walk! I train 5-6 days a week, eat clean and take supplements. Not only do I know how to get you in shape and reach your goals, I know that it is not easy. This is not an overnight success story.
I have trained and worked with trainers from the east coast to the west coast. I have extensive knowledge about training to meet many goals, not just to lose weight. Losing weight is the easy part. I am here to guide you through the tough part. I offer free consultations and a personalized approach to fitness and nutrition. This is not a one size fits all.
I am 38 years old; I have a 16-year-old daughter and one on the way! Fitness has been the one thing in my life that is mine. It’s a place to go for stress relief and overall wellness. I want to make working out fun and enjoyable for everyone. If you are intimidated by the gym, let me teach you how to be confident. If you want quick, effective home workouts, I can do that, too.
