Foraging Hike at Buttermilk Falls
Are you interested in learning about native edible and medicinal plants? Come along this fun and informative hike June 26 at 11:00am.
Join Ski Shack's naturalist, Becky, for a guided hike through Buttermilk Falls at Bear Creek Preserve to learn more about edible, indigenous plants in our area.
You do not need to be an experienced hiker to attend this event, as we will take breaks along the way, but be ready to explore for a few miles. We will also hike rain or shine, so please dress appropriately.

Where to Meet: Pull off located on White Haven Road in Bear Creek Village
Difficulty Level: Easy to Moderate Length: 3-4 miles
Cost: $5 per person
What to Bring: Make sure to wear treaded shoes and dress appropriately for the weather. Don’t forget water, sunblock, and a nutritious snack.
