The 50 hour Yoga Immersion/Teacher Training program at Yoga Loka is starting in September. This seminar will concentrate on your anatomy using the Joint Freeing Series. In addition to learning about muscles and their function, you will also learn more about your body- which muscles are tight or weak, how mobile your joints are and what you can do to improve your mobility. You will also learn about prana and how it is moving in you. These 50 hours can be used towards a 200 hour yoga teacher training, or you can attend simply to deepen your practice. This informational seminar will give you a chance to ask questions, meet some of the mentors that will be a part of the program, and learn more about the program in general.
