Adventure Boot Camp Comes to Lehigh Valley
The 2012 Lehigh Valley Adventure Boot Camp for Women will begin February xx, with additional camps planned for March, April and May. The one-hour per day camp begins daily at 5:30 a.m. and runs for four weeks. Women can choose the intensive five days a week, Monday-Friday program or a three-day-per-week program. Simone Kereit, an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer and NESTA Certified Adventure Boot Camp instructor, operates the camp.
“Women will choose our boot camp because they want a jump start and fast results,” says Kereit. Many women don’t know how to get started on a program or what types of exercises will achieve desired results. The Lehigh Valley Adventure Boot Camp offers that jump-start to fitness plan in a safe, supportive, fun environment.
The camp includes a variety of exercises, jogging, weight training, intervals, obstacle courses, Pilates and more. The camp is geared to offer the benefits of having a personal trainer in an environment of camaraderie with others who share similar goals. Each woman will work at her own level and all levels of fitness are welcome.
