Steve Gunn, a personal coach certified by the International Coach Federation, kicks off a six week Energy of Money book study at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, February 29 at Twin Ponds Integrative Health Center near Fogelsville. During this period of economic stress, many people feel their throats tighten and hearts pound when they work on things like paying the mortgage, determining net worth and dealing with credit card debt. This stress negatively impacts work performance, family relationships and health. In addition, it gets in the way of taking effective action to improve financial circumstances.

“The tools provided during this book study are both practical and spiritual,” states Gunn. “This program is not about investment strategies or getting rich quick. Most people have a pretty good idea of what they need to do, but many don’t do it. I work with people to take action with clarity and ease by supporting them to shift the way they see their relationship with money.
