New Lower Macungie Studio Offers Yoga, Fitness and Bodywork

 

Lower Macungie Township has a new resource for yoga, fitness and holistic health. Classes include Raja “Classical” Yoga with, Christi Rutkowski and new teachers Betsy Cichelli, Diana Smits-Hanzl, Hatha Yoga with Joe Premecz, Traditional Middle Eastern Bellydancing with professional Bellydancer Amala Gameela, Kundalini Yoga with Ravi Hari Kaur, and Zumba with new teachers Allison Lobley and Kathy Fritzges. Bodyworkers include: Licensed Medical Massage Therapist Zarah Martin, Spiritual Energy Healers Christi Rutkowski and Diana Smits-Hanzl and Thai Yoga Massage Therapist Joe Premecz. They are holding monthly free kirtans (devotional chanting) as well as weekend workshops in healing modalities, yoga programs and more!

Owner and director, Christi Rutkowski, a Classical (Raja) Yoga Instructor and Energy Healer has been practicing in the Lehigh Valley for over 9 years, traveling throughout the Lehigh Valley, teaching at colleges, churches, community education programs and dance centers. “I feel confident that our studio will provide a warm, welcoming environment that has something to offer everyone, no matter your level of experience” states Rutkowski. “The prices are being kept low and the class hours are convenient. Our new sessions start the week of April 30 and walk-ins are always welcome.
