Reiki Master Alan Repitz is offering a Reiki II training workshop from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., June 16 and 17 at Healthful Hands Massage Therapy, in South Bethlehem. The course will cover traditional Reiki, new age Reiki and Reiki ethics. 

“The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words: Rei, which means ‘God’s wisdom or the Higher Power’ and Ki, which means ‘life force energy,” says Repitz. “Therefore, Reiki is ‘spiritually guided life force energy. Reiki II is designed to take practitioners to the next level and offer more effective attunements. Reiki is a wonderful addition to other professional healing modalities or even for novice caretakers to learn so that they can help comfort those they are helping.”

A prerequisite of Reiki I is required but arrangements for that class can be made. The two day is just $75. Healthful Hands Massage Therapy is located at 30 E 4th St., 2nd floor, in Bethlehem. Take home materials will be provided. Call 610 882-1100 by June 12 to reserve a spot.
