Becoming Smoke Free
Oct 05, 2012 11:43AM
C.H.A.N.G.E. (Counseling, Hypnotherapy And Naturally Generated Excellence), will host a free seminar for those who wish to stop smoking, at 6:30 p.m., November 6. The seminar will evaluate one’s readiness to prepare for the life-changing, life-saving commitment required to become a non-smoker.
“Using hypnotherapy to stop smoking is an effective way to meet the challenge because smoking is a subconscious habit promoted through our emotions”, states counselor, Beverley Bley. “All of our emotions reside in the subconscious part of us. Becoming a non-smoker is one of the most challenging things an individual ever has to conquer, but hypnotherapy makes it doable if the individual is motivated.”
The actual program will begin on National Smokeout Day, November 15, and will require attendance once a week for two following Thursday evenings. The program costs less than a carton of cigarettes and will be free to all armed services veterans.
Seating is limited. A $10 refundable registration fee is required. C.H.A.N.G.E. is located at 2020 Downyflake Lane, Ste. 302B, in Allentown. For more information, call 610-797-8250, email [email protected] or visit 4Change.com.
