Natural Awakenings Lehigh Valley

Winter CSA Kicks off at Flint Hill Farm

Flint Hill Farm in Coopersburg is accepting new members for its winter Community Sponsored Agriculture (CSA) program, which runs from now until March. The dairy farm offers naturally produced raw milk, eggs, probiotic yogurts, cow and goat cheeses, homemade jams and natural wool at the 28-acre farm. The CSA program offers members the assurance of knowing the source of their food and the methods used to produce it.

The farm is also dedicated to educating the community. Owner Kathleen Fields and her staff offer educational programming for children and adults, including overnight farm stays, kindercamps for kids age 4 to 6, farm tours for schools, mommy or daddy and me learning sessions and farm club adventures. Horse riding lessons and summer camps are also available.

Flint Hill Farm is located at 1922 Flint Hill Rd., in Coopersburg. Farm store hours are 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday through Saturday. Wholesale and school tour inquiries are welcome. For more information, call 610-838-2928 or visit FlintHill-Farm.org.
