Learn how the human body maintains balance or becomes out of balance from 6 to 7:30 p.m., February 13, at Pathways Holistic Center, in Emmaus.
Participants will become educated on how important wholesome nourishment is to the body. The group will discuss fermented foods, dehydrated foods, sprouting and desserts made with Lakanto, an all-purpose, all-natural sweetener, as well as nut butter cookies that are not only delicious, but also high in protein.
Lisa Umstead lost over 100 pounds since 2007 and her life dramatically changed when she started loving and nurishing herself by attending classes at Pathways Holistic Center. “I changed my diet steadily and slowly,” she says. “I’m not hungry and the change outside has changed me inside.”
