The Easton Farmers’ Market will inaugurate a new weekly event, Weyerbacher Wednesdays, on June 5. This open-air market in Centre Square will operate from 4 to 8 p.m. each Wednesday through September, with 20 producer-only vendors offering fresh, locally grown produce, raw milk, cheese and yogurt, pasture-raised meat and eggs, artisan breads and baked goods, prepared foods and vegan specialties.

Opening night festivities include live music, Weyerbacher craft beer sampling and a farm-to-table cooking demonstration by Maxim’s 22. On June 19, the city circle will be closed to vehicles of traffic for an evening of roller derby action from 7 to 9 p.m., featuring a demonstration by the Two Rivers Roller Derby. The public is invited to skate, as well.
