Cleanse To Ignite Your Inner SPARK
Three-week SPARK cleansing sessions begin July 15, with the intention to boost energy, sleep better, improve digestion, stop cravings, lose weight and improve mood. Cleansing our system allows it to get rid of toxins and ease the burden on our body to enhance performance. SPARK is a different kind of cleanse. Most cleanses are harsh, and for first-timers, they can be stressful and fustrating from figuring out what to eat, how food should be prepared and what foods are allowed to be eaten.
The first week focuses on real food and hydration. Week 2 helps participants break through the sugar cloud while week 3 teaches how to incoporate moderation into your life.
The SPARK program includes weekly videos that discuss the coming week’s focus; a weekly program guide with checklists, documents and worksheets for the week; recipes and sample meal plans; a 30-minute cleanse completion private coaching call; and a private Facebook community to ask questions and interact with fellow SPARK members and coach Laura Timbrook.
