Aug 29, 2013 08:42PM

Yoga Sprouts’ founder, Rachel Greb, presents a weekend workshop designed for teachers, parents, and therapists looking to teach children with special needs on Friday, September 27 through Sunday, September 29 at Twin Ponds Integrative Health Center in Breinigsville. The workshops are designed to create a support network to help children and young adults with Autism, as well as other emotional and behavioral disorders, achieve their highest potential and experience life affirming health and happiness.

The Friday sessions include a meet-and-greet with an introduction to yoga practice for teachers, parents and therapists. Saturday’s events include the process of teaching yoga to children with special needs and utilizing different environments and skill building. The focus for Sunday is incorporating yoga practice and self care for the whole family. Daily practice, lectures, discussions, and Q&A are scheduled all three days.

No yoga experience is required. Call (706) 372-1757 or email [email protected]  for details and pre-registration
