Facilitator Jo Ann Schaffer, of Options Hypnosis, is a certified clinical hypnotist and master practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming. Trained in integrative hypnosis, she utilizes a broad range of techniques to help people use the power of their subconscious mind to overcome stress, pain, depression or fear and discover the self administered techniques that work best for them.
Admission fee is a donation of non-perishable food items. The workshop is limited to 20 participants. Location: 2400 Firmstone St. For reservations call Patrick Messman at 484-373-6200.
