Natural Awakenings Lehigh Valley

10 Years of Commitment to Purity and Community

Jumbars Café in Bethlehem is celebrating their tenth year of providing the Lehigh Valley with fresh, hand-crafted cuisine, good conversation, and a sense of community. Since 2003, everything, from entrees to desserts to breads, is prepared from scratch on the premises from local ingredients whenever possible. Chef Paul Hoffert, a graduate of the New England Culinary Institute, is proud to serve fine crafted food and fair trade coffee in a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere where you can sit back and enjoy conversation.

Jumbars is also accepting orders for signature homemade holiday baked goods including pumpkin pies, apple crumb pie, jumble berry pie, cherry pie, mincemeat pies, rustic apple tarts, cookie trays and an assortment of quiche. Thanksgiving has traditionally been the biggest baking holiday of the year and is limited to a maximum quantity so early ordering is suggested.

Jumbars is open for breakfast and weekday lunch at 1342 Chelsea Avenue in Bethlehem. Call ahead seating is available on Saturday’s and Sunday’s by calling 610-866-1660.
