Anthony Ashley Hair Design, in Allentown, is adding Aveda hair color and styling products to their Surface line of ecofriendly products. “We are always looking for innovative products that are not only good for your hair, but also good for the environment,” says owner Nina Tulio.

Aveda has been health conscious since 1978; their products are alive with the life force of plants and contain pure essential oils. Aveda uses naturally derived ingredients–more than 50 percent of their ingredients come from plants. “We are adding their hair color line, which is 96 percent naturally derived. It is our goal to not only provide a relaxing and memorable experience for our guests but to also use top-quality products that use organic botanicals and naturally harvested, sustainable ingredients. Our entire team is consistently continuing our education with Aveda in New York City and Philadelphia, as well and having a Surface product educator in the salon.
