The Yoga Loft is excited to welcome back Girish, on Sunday, April 19, for an all levels yoga class from 4:30-6:00 p.m. led by Deanna Nagle that will feature live music by Girish with songs, hymns and chants from his newest CD, "Sky Of The Heart", along with some old favorites.

Girish is a singer, songwriter, session tabla player and producer whose life journey has been marked by a series of profound transformations. He has gone from aspiring jazz drummer to renunciant Hindu monk to first call tabla guru for the likes of Krishna Das to solo mantra troubadour. He sings traditional Sanskrit mantras with a modern, funky, yet deeply devotional twist. Girish invites students in the live music and yoga class to let go and let their yoga flow through the beats and rhythms of his soul stirring tunes.
