The 2nd Lehigh Valley Yoga Festival will be held on Saturday, July 25 from 10am to 10 pm, at the Nurture Nature Center in Easton. Yoga teachers and healers of the valley will be offer yoga, music and wellness and demonstrate the benefit of healing and relaxation practices. Some styles of yoga that will be represented are: gentle, Iyengar, yin, Raja, Baptiste and Kundalini, to name a few. Participants will be able to watch demonstrations of aerial yoga.

Besides the physical practice of yoga there will be call and response chanting, and music led by local and international artists like Sean Johnson and the Wild Lotus Band and 13 Hands. There will also be varying kinds of meditation sessions for all levels. Vendors will welcome you with their wonderful offerings like paintings, hand-made jewelry, yoga clothing and accessories. Food from vegan restaurant Shankara and baked goods from Lino will be available.
