Summer Cooking for Summer Health
Tammy Westney, founder of Coffee Owl Nutrition offers a series of classes that blend her passion for cooking with the science of nutrition. Classes run on the second and fourth weeks of both July and August, with a choice of either day or evening classes.

This summer series of cooking classes will demonstrate simple techniques to create a healthier eating pattern using fresh ingredients. Food preparation and recipes will focus on organic whole food, and when possible, locally grown. Food sampling and easy recipes are included.
Greenshire Arts Consortium is the perfect venue for this healthy cooking series. Nestled on seven idyllic acres, offering a peaceful space to learn healthy new eating patterns. Greenshire’s vegetable garden will also tempt you to use the freshness of handpicked vegetables in your meals.
