Café Santosha, inside the Healthy Alternative Health and Nutrition Center, in Trexlertown, is sporting a new and improved menu that offers thoughtfully created meals prepared from scratch. In addition to an allday breakfast, daily lunches include soups, salads, sandwiches, seasonal menu and daily specials with organic ingredients and vegan-friendly, glutenfree options.

“We've been open for almost five years, so it felt like it was time for some fine tuning,” says Owner Sarah Collins. “This menu is representative of where Café Santosha is today—at its core is organic, small batch, locally sourced food made with love.”

Healthy Alternatives Food and Nutrition Center caters to consumers looking for non-genetically modified organism (GMO) foods and products. Information is available in the store to explain just what GMOs are and why they are harmful to people and the planet. The store clearly marks their shelves with Verified GMO-Free labels so shoppers can have confidence in the product’s ingredients.
