Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. Reiki is used in hospitals, nursing homes, and private sessions to promote self-healing. Reiki master Barbara Fenton will offer classes in Reiki levels 1 and 2 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Jan 23 and 24 and again on February 20 and 21. These classes are a combination of Western and traditional Reiki, with lecture, discussion, demonstration and practice time.

Fenton also offers a monthly I Love Young Living workshop from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. the second Tuesday of each month to introduce participants to Young Living Essential Oils. Participants will learn more about using essential oils to improve their well-being and abundance and make their own essential oil products.

Cost for Reiki is $300 for two days (deposit required), including manuals and a certificate. Oils class costs $5, with free products. RSVP required. All classes are held in Macungie, PA. For location and details, call 610-393-2036.
