Herbs to Your Success has opened the new Herbs Kitchen at 64 South Main Street, in Nazareth, as an extension of their wellness spa. A kick-off kitchen seminar will be held at 6 p.m., January 19, featuring Dr. Susan Mattes Bostian, an integrative holistic health and nutrition specialist. Participants will have the opportunity to learn amazing tips and techniques in the kitchen to enhance their health. Meals to Heal Your Soul will create a delectable dinner recipe for all to taste, and a gluten-free dessert fresh from the oven. Strategies for success in the kitchen will also be provided, as well as the recipes created that evening.

Herbs to Your Success offers monthly memberships to the cleansing club, the toning tables or the vibration machine. Detox body wraps are also provided. An Ultimate Detox seminar is set for February 9.
