Easton Public Market Grand Opening

The Easton Public Market will hold a ribbon-cutting ceremony for its new store located at 325 Northampton Street at 11 a.m., March 18. The store will be open at 9 a.m. The 16,000-square-foot market will operate Wednesday through Sunday and house 15 artisanal food vendors with an eclectic mix of shopping and dining. Vendors include 3rd & Ferry Fresh Fish, Chocodiem, Debbie’s Pie in the Sky, Dundore & Heister Butchery, Fieldstone Coffee & Tea, Full of Crepe, Highmark Farmstand, Mister Lee’s Noodles, More Than Q Barbeque, Olive with a Twist, Pickle Licious, Scratch Beer, Taza Stop, Tolino Vineyards and Youseff’s Fruit & Nut Gallery.

There is also a dynamic children’s play area to keep the kids busy while parents enjoy the market and a demonstration kitchen with cooking classes and culinary demonstrations. The Market’s community room and kitchen are available for rent and catering is offered by market vendors.

Interim Executive Director of the Greater Easton Development Partnership (GEDP) Jared Mast states, “Soon, shoppers will be walking on the historic wood floors and gazing at exposed brick that dates back to the 1800s. But it’s really about the future; downtown’s residential population continues to grow impressively and providing a high quality food shopping experience is essential to creating a livable and walkable city.”
