Yoga Loft will present Invoking the Divine Feminine: A Yoga & Aromatherapy Experience, with Deanna Nagle, from 1 to 3:30 p.m., May 7, for women to discover their inner goddess. Participants will discover three goddesses of yoga: Kali, Lakshmi and Saraswati, and learn how to invite the energy of these goddesses into their life to cultivate their qualities.

Nagle will explore the strength of Kali during an invigorating flow, followed by nourishing restoratives in honor of Lakshmi, and end with a guided meditation invoking Saraswati. Each segment of practice includes the use of different aromatherapy blends to enhance the experience.

There will also be a yoga teacher certification open house from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m., May 9, to learn about The Yoga Loft’s Yoga Alliance-certified 200-hour program for 2016-2017.
