The Yoga Loft of Bethlehem has created a Karma 30 Challenge to help people create good karma , taking actions in the world that produce a positive result, and being aware that we get what we give. The Challenge is a fun way to try new things, take excellent care of ourselves, support our community and make the world a better place.

Pick up the calendar and stickers through September 5 at the studio and every time contestants complete a challenge, they put a sticker on it. Bring the calendar back with tasks completed between October 1 and 5 for a chance to win gift cards from Cutters on 3rd St., in Bethlehem; Freys, in Hellertown; Cleo’s on 3rd St., in Bethlehem; Moravian Book Shop on Main St., in Bethlehem; Tulum on Morton St., in Bethlehem; Jenny’s Kuali on 4th St., in Bethlehem; and the Chocolate Lab on Main St., in Bethlehem. All winners will be announced on social media and notified by email on October 6
