Effortless Meditation an Antidote for Stress
Greg Schweitzer, a meditation teacher for more than 40 years, will offer four free Effortless Meditation introduction classes at Twin Ponds Integrative Health Center, in Breinigsville during October. On Wednesday, October, 5 at 7 p.m., Saturday, October 8 and October 22 at 9 a.m. and Wednesday, October 19 at 7:30 p.m., participants can learn about the role of Effortless Meditation in maintaining health in a stressful world.
Schweitzer has worked and trained with Deepak Chopra, M.D., and his clients include Dr. Wayne Dyer, George Harrison and Barbara Streisand. For those wishing instruction following the introduction, six additional sessions will be taught at Twin Ponds.
Effortless Meditation is an antidote for the stress response, and the need for it has never been greater. During this practice, participants experience a level of healing rest that’s deeper than sleep. This deep state of rest repairs physical health, revitalizes the brain and brings peace and calm to our emotions.
Admission is free. Location: 628 Twin Ponds Rd., Breinigsville. For information and to attend, preregister by calling Greg at 610-670-6700 or visit EffortlessMeditation.net. See ad page 59.
