Wellness Program for Cats
Allentown Cat Clinic, a progressive “cats only” veterinary clinic, is now offering a Feline Wellness Program embracing a focus on preventative medicine based on the specific life-stage of your cat. Each patient is assessed individually based on factors such as species, breed, age, and environmental challenges. Recommendations for prevention, nutrition, and diagnostic work-ups appropriate for your cat are included.
“Along with the love and companionship they provide, cats will get sick from time to time, but there are ways to reduce illness through a healthy diet and preventative care”, states owner Dr. Michele L. Paul. “Preventing disease or catching it in its early stages is better than treating it once it has had time to progress. The most advanced treatment is not always necessary. We take a practical approach to treatment and follow with more sophisticated tests and therapies if warranted. For instance, by using herbal and nutritional solutions, we have virtually eliminated urinary tract infections and reduced diabetes cases by fifty percent.”
Dr. Paul is a member of the American Association of Feline Practitioners, American Veterinary Medical Association, Pennsylvania Veterinary Medical Association, and The Veterinary Information Network. Location: 4090 W. Tilghman S.t, Allentown.
