Natural Awakenings Lehigh Valley

Wild Fox CSA Program Available Now

Twelve-week Summer, Fall and Winter sign-ups are now available from the Wild Fox Farm community sponsored agriculture (CSA) program with pick-up sites in Allentown, Bethlehem and Emmaus. Each week shareholders enjoy a weekly pre-boxed pick-up of locally and naturally grown vegetables. The Barto farm store offers a market-style “free choice” where you take what you need, the variety you prefer and the quantity you will use each week. Various sizes of shares are available for different size families.

The family owned and operated Wild Fox Farm nurtures 70 acres of prime farmland in Pennsylvania’s beautiful Butter Valley, practicing holistic and sustainable farming methods. Co-owner Karah Davies says, “We grow more than five acres of vegetables without the use of synthetic fertilizers, pesticides or GMO seed. Our pastured poultry and eggs, woodlot pork and free-range lamb, available in a meat CSA, never receive hormones or antibiotics and eat local GMOfree grain. The Farm also is at the Emmaus and newly formed Downtown Allentown Farmers Markets.
