Two Chances to Learn Five Points to Good Health

Dr. Nick Theodorou, a traditional naturopath, will speak about his nationally recognized Five Point Program, a commonsense approach that can be used to develop a personal healthy lifestyle, at two separate Wellness Gatherings from 7 to 8:30 p.m., March 2 and March 23, in Bethlehem.
Participants will learn about eating a wholesome diet, getting prudent exercise, the proper use of supplements, getting quality sleep and reducing stress. Theodorou is an internationally recognized expert on nutritional supplements, including glutathione enhancement.
