A Holistic Approach to Addiction

Mark Reinhart

Mark R. Reinhart will be teaching Three Rivers/12 Steps: Qigong for Recovery on November 19 at the Llantrisant Retreat & Wellness Center, in Tatamy, Pennsylvania. He combines the 12-step philosophy of Alcoholics Anonymous with Chinese spiritual, medical and philosophical traditions to provide viable and valuable tools with which a person can reestablish a lost balance if they so choose to do. The seminar will also be held and on December 3 at Three Pure Rivers Studio for the Arts, in Drums, Pennsylvania.

“Working on all three levels of our existence; body, mind and spirit, is the only way to effectively return to balance. All three must be addressed. You may seek guides along the path, but the work needs to be, and can only be done by the individual,” says Reinhart. “My work with addiction, the addictive mindset and recovery is primarily focused on reconnecting a person with themselves.”
