The Inner Peace & Wellness Center will hold a Holistic and Metaphysical Expo from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., November 4, and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. November 5, to promote holistic health and knowledge while supporting the power of a positive outlook and intentional living. There will be prize drawings all weekend.

Keynote speaker Jeff Hardman will talk about the benefits and uses of CBD oil at 1 p.m. Saturday, and Brigit Leuders will present An Introduction to Iridology at 1 p.m. Sunday.

Other free lectures include topics of organic food, alternative healing methods, natural products, acupuncture, reiki, chiropractic, hypnotherapy, reflexology, crystal therapy, gems, aura photos, spiritual coaches, massage therapy, herbs, nutrition, quantum energy, therapeutic oils, aromatherapy, crystals, animal communicator, massage therapy and angelic art.
