The 40th St. Luke's Half Marathon, 5K and Family Fun Walk will take place on April 22—registration is open until March 31. Enjoy beautiful scenery and spring colors as you wind your way through west Allentown and beautiful Lehigh Parkway. The race expo will be held at St. Luke's West End Medical Center, in Allentown, on April 21. A youth run will take place in Lehigh Parkway, in Allentown, also on April 21.

The proceeds benefit youth running, scholarships and grants throughout the region. In the past four years, the nonprofit Lehigh Valley Road Runners have provided more than $400,000 to schools, organizations and scholarship recipients throughout the Lehigh Valley as means of promoting and encouraging long-distance running and a healthy lifestyle. Income from the St. Luke’s Half Marathon and 5K are a huge part of that equation.
